By enrolling in the PQ Program, you agree to the following:

• Program Access
  Your enrollment includes 8 live group coaching sessions (50 minutes each), access to the Positive Intelligence® App for 8 weeks, and optional community/chat access. Printable resources and bonus materials are included at Lucie’s discretion.

• Confidentiality & Community Guidelines
  This program is a confidential and emotionally safe space. Please respect the privacy of fellow participants. Anything shared during sessions or in the peer group is not to be shared outside without express permission.

• Refund Policy
  We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If, after participating in the first 4 weeks and actively engaging in the work (watching the videos, completing at least 50% of daily reps, and attending at least 2 sessions), you feel the program isn’t right for you, simply email Lucie and request a full refund — no hard feelings, only respect for your journey.

• Rescheduling & Missed Sessions
  Please plan to attend live. Missed sessions will not be refunded, but reflection materials and app content will support your continued learning.

• Coaching, Not Therapy
  This program is a coaching-based educational experience and is not a replacement for therapy. If deeper mental health support is needed, participants are encouraged to consult a licensed professional.

• Payment Terms
  Payment is due in full unless you’ve arranged a payment plan. Access to the PQ App will begin shortly before the program start date. Failure to complete payment may result in removal from the program.

• Scholarship Use (if applicable)
  If you received a reduced rate or scholarship, we ask that you honor the spirit of the support by showing up fully. This allows us to continue offering financial accessibility to others.
